Spellings this week all contain tricky silent letters to watch out for.
For Literacy I would like the children to complete the fact files they started last week on Shakespeare. I am really looking forward to reading them.
In numeracy this week we have been looking at the properties of quadrilaterals and polygons. The children have been given sheets (according to their maths groups) where they need to match the quadrilaterals / polygons to their properties. I would like them to cut these out and then reassemble them correctly in their homework books please.
Glue and scissors will be required.
Thank you for all the kind donations of balloons and cardboard tubes for our science work.
Today we had a fantastic time at our Shakespeare workshop and the children really enjoyed acting out and exploring the story in more depth. I will post some photographs tomorrow for you to have a look at.
