Next week Year 6 will be sitting practice tests in preparation for the end of key stage assessments in May. The tests will be held in the school hall, with level 6 practice tests in the ICT suite, so that children can become familiar with the assessment environment. Children who require adult support will sit their test in other areas of the school. I will attach the timetable for the week on this page.
The results of these assessments will be shared with parents at consultation, and will help us to prepare children further for the May assessments. They are, of course, nothing for children to be concerned about (although nerves are natural!).
Children's Maths homework this week is to go through an old maths paper that they sat this week, concentrating on areas that they struggled with. There should be a corresponding page in your CGP book to help. Adult support is needed with this homework.
